We can’t wait to celebrate Independence Day this year! Dr. Coats plans on cooking on the grill with his girlfriend, watching fireworks and spending time with family and friends. There’s nothing quite like spending time in the sunshine with the people you love. He’ll probably be making one of his grill staples: peppercorn marinated rib eye steaks. Yum!
One of Dr. Coats’ favorite Fourth of July memories is from the time he spent living in Southern California. He and his children would sit on their rooftop patio and watch the fireworks across the street. It was absolutely magical.
